2011 796 with 28K Klicks.  Last few months there was an audible click from the clutch area when I first pulled in the lever after the bike had been standing for maybe a couple days. Made no difference if the engine was started or no.  No other symptoms.  Now it's laid up for winter and if I pull the clutch lever after it has stood for a couple weeks there is quite a loud clunk from the same area.  The lever pull is smooth and normal, reservoir and pressure all good.  Fresh oil and filter etc. prior to lay up.   Ideas?

Plates sticking and making a noise when the split apart?

If there's no other symptoms I wouldn't worry too much.
