Feel free to pm me, or ask on the forum when you're ready to upgrade. There are suspension guys that I'd recommend without hesitation. Doesn't really matter where you are...UPS goes everywhere.

Thanks for that. Appreciate it. Suspension is always one of those things that baffled me a little. Given the ST adjustable forks are a direct bolt and only a few mm shorter I think I'll go for it. I'll regret it if I went with the non adjustables down the line...

If your numbers are correct the frontwill be about 1/4'' lower, not a big deal, but as dp said, handling would be affected, a little more sensitive.  Most would probably never notice.  You should think about having the forks set up for your weight and riding style before installing them.
