Can't get the wheel not to break.

I've never put it on this tight, it must have been the shop at the 15k service.  I have the tire ratchet strapped to a 2x4 to keep it from moving and a 4 foot pipe on the breaker bar and it still won't pop.  I'm afraid something is going to break. 

I haven't tried heat yet, but I am a little leery putting flame that close to the powder coated wheel...

Help?

Have you tried some type of penetrating lube like liquid wrench or PB Blaster?

It makes it soooo much easier. Inexpensive one from the hardware store or harbor freight will do. If you don't have a compressor that has the output you can get an electric one.

Yep I use a cheap Chinese electric impact wrench bought of eBay and it works great, you need the hammer effect to get it to break loose.
