620 Secondary Shaft

Hi All,

This is a secondary shaft out of a 620 gearbox. Basically I'm just wanting to know if any one can identify what year it is and a part number? It's so I can find spare motors and gearboxes as interchangeable spares! (It's for a University race car project - measurements are all in mm)

As far as I know, there were 2 small-case Duc motor transmissions (1998 & up).  A 5 speed and a 6 speed.  They all interchange (I've done a couple) as far as I could tell so the main thing you'd be looking for here is whether or not you have a 5 or a 6 speed unit.

Those shaft measurements match a small-case 5 speed I have in a box.

I do not have a loose small-case 6-speed gearset to inspect, so cannot definitively rule it out, but I'd bet big money that the 6 is different from that.
