Left side engine case gasket

Threebond 1184.

IIRC, CA-Cycleworks used to offer one, but I don't remember what the advantage was.

Not waiting for the Threebond to cure is all I can think of.  Can't find the gasket on CA Cycleworks web site.

The Threebond is oil tight really quickly, I've done some fast turnarounds and never had a problem.

I've had two cover gaskets that shrank enough over time that they lost seal.
Dunno if they were OEM gaskets or Ca-CW.

I think I put one on the clutch side of my M750 when I had a slipping clutch issue, just so if I had to R&R the cover a couple times to get it sorted, I wouldn't have to clean and seal it over and over.

I've had no complaints with permatex ultra grey. Also used it on hundred of Volkswagen oil pans at work without leaks. Just be sure both mating surfaces are clean and dry

I just used permatex ultra grey on the water pump cover of the lsr bike because it was closer than the tube of 1194... I don't anticipate any problems from that application.
