I have replaced my clutch slave w mid 2000 clutch slave so I added a bearing to engage actuator rod. Then i replaced clutch plates w barnett plates. Then replaced springs w new springs from amazon..everything worked fine until last night. I have zero clutch pressure in handle. I bled clutch, loosened and retightened springs and now I have zero pressure in handle and zero clutch..what is wrong? Slave isnt leaking..but its like slave isnt working. Master cylinder works. What is wrong?

How good a fit was the bearing? Have you confirmed it's still making contact with the actuator rod?

I'd pull the slave back off and inspect it.

How long did everything work well after you replaced the slave?  You say you bled it, did you get air out or were you just pumping fluid?

I used an 8mm ball bearing. Im thinking of going to a 10mm bearing bcuz I think the actuator rod is Not being fully engaged. Everything worked right for About a week. But clutch felt slippy taking off in 1st. Now I bled master slave again and again and finally pressure built. Like I said im going to switch to a 10mm bearing and see if this fixes all problems. Thank you

I have the actual rod extension if you need it. I didn't since my bike is an '04.
