Hello all from Monterey Ca,

I am a happy new owner of my first Ducati. I recently purchased a 2001 Ducati Monster 750.
Ive grown up on dirt bikes and finally made the leap to a street bike. I know little about working on these bikes that's why I bought a 2001. My goal is to break it down and make a small project out of her. Ill be asking tons of questions on here so I hope you guys are active.

 Cool project idea. There is plenty of good advice and assistance here.
Hmm, Voodoo, Monster, Monterey; I'm getting a picture. What's the saying, "it's Halloween every day in Monterey". . I really had a great time there in the early nineties and was privileged enough to be there for the Halloween parade. I saw two guys dressed as Foster's Lager cans who heard my accent and had a beer with me.
