M821 CEL

[NAKID]

Riding home just now, stopped at a light. Turns green, I start to go and it sputters and stalls quickly. Restart and the CEL is on. Pull over and turn the bike off and on a few times and no change. Seems to run normal. Cycled through the ride modes, nothing.
Go to the menu screen and it shows ERR. but doesn't say what the error is.

Any ideas?

Sounds like the problem I had with my M1200, it turned out to be the throttle fly by wire transmitter.

Very intermittent, it happened to me twice (once while overtaking which was interesting!!), Moto Rapido located the issue very quickly and replaced the unit under warranty.

If it was happening intermittently, how did they know to replace it under warranty? Did the ECU store a code? The CEL has only come on twice. The first time it stayed lit for about 2 mins. This time was different.
