Signatures are now limited to 100px in height.
Then why does mine seem to be limited to about 88 pixels?

I feel cheated.  ???

It would be nice if this were sorted out.  I've always limited my signature pictures to 100 pixels in height and gone to quite a bit of trouble to create a few good ones.  My current one is 90 in an attempt to get around the issues, but it still cuts off a few of the bottom pixels anyway.

Can you see the difference?

OK, I tested it.

Uploaded a pic to flikr, that was 1548x100.
flikr cropped it to 1024x66.  >:(

Uploaded another pic, that was 1024x100.
flikr didn't crop it.

Put it in my sig.
If I right click on it, it *says* it's 1024x100.
But it *definitely* cropped some of the pic off of the bottom.

Here's the image:

Compared to my sig pic, it's obviously missing some off the bottom.

We'll try to get that sorted.

Sorry about the scroll bar....

This is likely an issue that the <td> probably has a padding of 6px on top and bottom.  That would account for the missing 12 pixels.  I can push the td height to 112px to account for that if you like...

sqweak

already did.  I went to 115 just to be safe :)

Looking at my pics, and at Scott's, I'd say this is handled.
I can't see any difference.

Thanks for fixing this so quickly.

The "bug" forced me to use less space by putting the text into the photo instead of above it, which uses less room overall, as well as less bandwidth.  Plus I think it looks a little sharper too.  ;)

Sig height is now a max-height, not a height, so sigs less than 115 (or none at all) don't take up unnecessary space.
