998cc Testa deep sump finish damage

Down underneath the engine where the sump hangs down I see some damage to the factory finish paint, from road gravels & whatnot I assume. Does anyone else with this engine have the same problem and if so how did you remedy it, what paint would match down there & provide good protection etc. Thanks
