Wires to main fuse

How warm would you expect the wires going into the RHS main fuse to become? Alternator and Reg let through a consistent 14.5 to the battery. Any thoughts that might confirm my suspicions?
I'll give the reg wires a clean up for starters and look for any corrosion on major terminals and ground points.

Closest I can do on the interwebs is if it is uncomfortable to hold them they are too hot.  Do check all connections.

The OP had a damp, rodent infested garage and his land had high salinity.
I better give all the connections a good scrub and break out the dielectric grease. Wires were ok to hold but warmer than I expected, so I think I caught it before it got too bad.
