Been looking but not finding anything, suppliers say there used to be some 2 into 1 systems.  I see where some have made their own, but that's not an option for me.  Any suggestions?

Thanks

Hmmm...

I haven't DIRECTLY seen a small-case 2-into-1 in a number of years.  But, perhaps a 2-into-1 S2R800 system would get you close.  You would have to fab some mounts for the high-mount can and possibly work around the swingarm a little...

BTW:  The exhaust ports on the cylinder heads are the same for the following motors:  600, 620, 695, 750 & 800.  That may help broaden your search a little.

Looks like this system was made up partly from stock pieces?  Looking at other 2 into 1 systems, they often have the rear headpipe extend forward under the engine and then loop back rearward, I'm assuming to add length?  In other words, is equal headpipe length best?  Seems like starting with the headers and making up a connector would be a good way to go...

I made it from an aftermarket 2:2 midpipe, retaining the OEM headpipes for both cylinders.

Low mount single side can leaving room for panniers, and routed to allow fitment of a centerstand.
