How does FPs work when you have 3 guys that need time on the bike? Is it a 4 hour practice?

Most likely. I've watched them at Road Atlanta during an 8hr and they each get 10+ laps. This kind of racing is much more exciting than a 25 lap race. Pit stops, wheels, fuel and new rider. Hot pits.

I didn't even know Ducati had fielded a team, or rather, a team was using a Ducati. I was putting my money on Kawasaki with Rea and Haslam.
