Installing led turn signals on monster

2015 monster 821 .. the stock lights have two thin black wires to each . R they both hot.? Ore is one hot and one ground?

One of each and it doesn't matter which goes where on the stock light. If the new led light doesn't work, you need to switch the two wires. Easy enough to test before you bolt everything back up again.
