Hello from Minneapolis

Hi all, I was a member here a few years ago but my M900 was short in my life. Things have changed and I am back into another Monster, this time a more modern 08 695.

I had a few project vintage bikes along the way and am happy to have something a little modern back in the garage. Sadly we just got our first snow so bikes are away for a few months.






This bike was bought from the Copart auction site with a salvage title. For the life of me I can not figure out why. The headlight bucket is cracked and the front fairing is shattered but that is the extent of the damage. I got it home and took it on a ride and it was flawless. All I need to do is replace the headlight and bucket, straighten out the brake lever and throw fuel and miles at it.
