When I'm riding my engagement point for my monster feels weak. Originally at the start of the season there was no pressure in my clutch lever. I drained some nasty fluid and replaced the fluid twice. The lever has pressure but I've notice the clutch engagement point is at the very end of the throw of the lever and feels kind of weak.

What are my next steps ?

Either you have air in the system, or you have a leaky slave cylinder, or both.

Try bleeding the cylinder first. You should be able to find a tutorial here if you don't know how.

Do what ducpainter advices, but also know that our clutches are known to be quite on/off - at the outer end of the lever travel. Annoying yes, but once your hand calibrated it will become easier.
