Glad you haven't exceeded the photo bucket pic limit. [thumbsup]

Great work and congratulations.

I recently did a Scrambler 800 and the hp was 78 (old software) Vs 71 (new software) on a Dynojet 250i. So about 10% less.

Think about the stock headers and sport mufflers as an option too. They're good for 90 odd hp. Maybe custom headers based on original but a few mm larger (3-5mm?).
Sadly Staintune restarted then disappeared again iirc.
I've had good experiences with Delkevic mufflers from the UK. There's a distributor in Oz.

haha 10% would look nice on paper!
I've got a set of spaghetti headers in the shed that I've never fitted, but to be honest I like the under-engine exhaust even if it's form over function. Maybe I'm just being precious because I made it!   [roll]

Is that how it works? if I don't exceed the limit they'll stay? I get still get regular emails saying they're gunna delete them...

I think you have to cull a few pics to stay under the limit and stay in the game.

That spaghetti system is for more peak hp for sure from what I've seen from Doug Lofgrens dyno charts. Maybe all the engine mods, porting, cams, etc would make good use of it. It appears to be the kind of pipe design for a maximum effort motor.
