Traded to LA. Boston got Jason Bay from the Pirates and LA gave up Andy LaRoche.
Being an LA fan, I had high hopes for LaRoche but having Ramirez, even as a rental, is a good thing. Especially if it only cuts into Andruw "swing-and-a-miss" Jones and Juan-for-five Pierre's at bats. Kemp needs to be in the lineup as Ethier is better than either of them.

I have been a huge Manny supporter for as long as he has been with the Sox. That all changed in the last week or so. He's the biggest crybaby loser I've ever seen. All he does is think about himself. I'm glad he's gone.

I'm willing to bet he'll end up in Yankee pinstripes next year.
