Photobucket question

While using Photobucket, I invariably wind up with a page that lacks the "upload photos" function.  I've looked all over, and I cannot find how to upload photos.  All I can do is log out and log back in.

Does anyone else find this?  Any solution other than log off/log on?

which screen does this happen in?
i have always been able to go to the album/upload page by clicking the link in the top left corner of the screen.

maybe i havent been on the page you refer to?
