I've been lurking around here a couple months now, so I'd like to say 'hello'.

One day at the beginning of this summer, a curious glance at the MCY section on Craig's List turned into hours of studying (bikes, riding techniques, etc.) and before I knew it, a lifelong fascination with motorcycles had evolved into something of an obsession.  Shortly thereafter, a friend let me take his trusty Honda Rebel for a spin around the neighborhood; within about 20 feet I was hooked.  I quickly tracked down the Monster that had caught my eye that first day on C.L. and here I am almost 2000 miles later: learning to ride and loving every moment of it.

Thank you for the great information, shared experience and encouragement you all provide here!

Cheers,
Andy

Why do roaches always die on their back?

That because the survivors flip them over to steal their sneakers and wallets.
