Just got the iPhone app and set it up on my Mac.  It works fine - streams all my non-DRM stuff to my phone over Wi-Fi or 3g.  Of course, all my stuff is already on my phone so that's not exactly useful...BUT apparently you can stream up to 30 friends libraries.  That would be cool...
