What the make the beast with two backs ATT

I haven't been able to text anyone but ATT users with my blackberry. I called Cingular and they are refusing to help me. All they say is "our computers are saying your text is being sent. Call tmobile and file a complaint." SERIOUSLY. CALL TMOBILE WHEN IM AN ATT USER?

Can anyone shed some light my way? They have checked all the info on my phone and no one can help me. I have tried all my friends on tmobile and verizon. I dont wanan switch because i have a good plan with ATT and the roll over minutes are unbeatable, except my service make the beast with two backsing blows in NYC.

Is this a new plan and are you using an old number?  Have text ever worked correctly if it isn't a new plan?  Sometimes these things don't get routed correctly.

My company changed everyones plan and thats what happened to me.

My company changed everyones plan and thats what happened to me.

I had a similar issue, had to get work to change my plan to allow full texting (I still can't do MMS messages). 

Had to convince them that international and/or roaming text messages were far far cheaper than international phone calls or international roaming charges.
