06 Monster 620 Handlebars, the same as Multistrada 620?

I picked up a pair of 50cc dirtbike bars made by ProTaper for my wifes 620 Monster, and am planning on using Multistrada lines to make the reach. I do know that the Protaper bars fit right into the stock clamps so I don't know why the Multistrada bars wouldn't but it's the longer reach your lines will have to make that might be your hang up.

I've heard of a company that can extend your lines but don't remember the name,,, maybe someone else can help with that.
