Love the New Location but its my fiancee Birthday tonight and she would kill me if I ditched her  Grin

Just tell her you were in an accident and show up on my beaten S4R. She probably won't be able to tell the difference.

She pregnant doges enough about my riding all though that idea is very temping....

On the other hand I don't want my bike returned looking like a mud ball with a flaming rear brake  Grin

It would be nice to come on my new bike, but I have to be a responsible parent and go to my son's back-to-school night. Next time.

oh com'on now you have to make it.

Make your husband be the responsible parent.

What did ya get?

It was a choice between a slightly used S2R or a wee little 695. I chose the 695. I just can't imagine ever needing the power of the S2R 1000. Also, I like the slightly smaller size of the 695. I just didn't like the 696 frame or the way the seat and tank cram together. Very uncomfortable. I have a bunch of after market parts that need to be put on my bike before I do pictures. Right now it's bone stock! I think we need a wrenching clinic. I'll probably have Nichols do it at the 600 mile service. My husband thinks he can do it all but I don't really trust him. Don't tell him I said that.
