Album Covers in iTunes?

On my old computer (PC)  I loaded all my cds (100+) into iTunes and everything went fine. i got new computer (Mac), transfered all my music, no prob, now when i import a new cd, it automatically downloads the cover art, which is great.  Heres the problem,  I have 98% of my library with no cover art, does anyone know of a way to get all the old cover art without importing all my old cd's?

Tool bar = Advanced>Get Album Artwork.
