So the lovely folks picked me up a nice "Nero Line" Duc jacket - sweeeeeeet!!!.

But, after I gave them my size and measurements and everything they needed to get the right size, they decided to get the shopkeeper to try it on as "he looked my size", needless to say its too big.

bang head bang head bang head bang head bang head bang head bang head

Anyone had any experience swapping foreign purchased with local sellers?

All labels still attached and receipt in foreign currency.

To me it should be an easy swap out, but im simple minded.

Im not to keen in a) trying to explain to the store in rome with my broken italian and shipping a EU$360 jaclet in the post.

Or stacking on the weight so the jacket fits (I knew one of smart asses would of said something  Wink )

Parents. God love them and damn them in the same breath.

I think there are a few friendly Italian speaking folk on the forum that could probably flick them an e-mail on your behalf ?

Just a thought.

Grazia signora

I can read and speak a little. But put me up against a roman and i get lost (the speed). I have since been in touch with Ducati Australia. They are looking into what they can do for me. Unfortunately which makes it nicer, but harder is the Jacket I got is not available in Australia.

That's a better response than what I would have expected.

If it was something that they sold here it may have been easier for them, but they would have probably been really pissed off about it ... anyway good luck.

But if all else fails I am sure you have some mates around here (or smart arses as you called them) who are a little more generously proportioned and would appreciate the effort you and your parents have gone to, to accommodate them cheeky
