It's like I keep saying:  Those who would sacrifice a free range session for a giant beer, deserve neither free range time nor a giant beer.

Since when are countdown/top ten/pulled out of my ass lists remotely credible?

I'm looking at you, MTV.

Is this supposed to be good chase scenes with cool cars in good movies or just a list movies that contain some scene involving some sort of illegal operation of any auto in a movie?  [bang]

Sweet cars in crappy movies:  Redline.
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

This list is bullshit. They put Ronin at #29.  make the beast with two backs them, that's a top 5'er on anybody's list.

Can anyone in the magazine business confirm my suspicion that these "Top" lists are quickly conceived when they realize they haven't got enough real material to fill the magazine.

None of them are ever worth a crap.

The list is "top cars in movies" - it has nothing to do with chase scenes.  It explains perfectly well (okay, not really) why Herbie is at #11 and Two Lane Blacktop is #34.

Two Lane Blacktop is a great movie, one of the scenes was at a place that still looks the same today. It was a hang out of ours in high school( Burt's Burger Bowl)  we used to go there on Friday nights to bs about cars, and set up races, same as in the movie.

the very same car was also in American Graffiti..

Ahhh. I see that now. I got the chase scene thing from the OP's first post:

Now the list is only "mostly" bullshit. Simply because I disagree w/ most of it.  ;D
