Just signed up.  I bought the last new '08 695 in Seattle.  Here it is on the Mountain Loop Highway last summer:



I've wanted a Monster ever since I first saw one in an otherwise-forgettable movie with Iggy Pop called "The Crow: City of Angels."  The site of a Monster, any Monster, always evoked a strong emotional reaction from me; the Monster was the motorcycle I learned to operate motorcycles to ride.  Everyone has one: the bike they picture themselves happily and confidently riding up the road on--especially to help get through the initial learning process.

Glad to be here among like-minded Monster owners and I'm always looking for more information on proper care & maintenance of a Monster.
