aftermarket rods

Does anyone have an aftermarket rod for a 900 that I could beg, borrow, or buy? I only need the big end, so condition isn't important.

Just curious Norm, what do you want an unspecified aftermarket brand, broken, crank side, rod end for?

And they have basically doubled in price in the past couple years. They're about $1350 / pair for carillos.

I'm working on some new cases based on the 900 series motors. One of the things I want to do is increase the stroke & use a beefier rod. I know I'm going to have lay shaft problems, but want to make sure I clear the stock gears. I'm trying to avoid a major expense just for a measurement.
