Excel help

I want to make a button that will hide/show rows when it's toggled but I can't figure out how to get the button to toggle between hide and show. I can make it always do one or the other but never switch. I tried to make it switch by setting a reference cell that would change between 0 and 1 and then trying to put an IF statement in the code to do what I want based on that cell but I'm not coder and couldn't even figure out the correct syntax for the IF statement... 

The end goal is to make an "expand" button. TIA

Yeah, that's the easy way but not as clean.
