Here's what I think I know.

email in would be pop.ducatimonsterforum.com

email out is smtp.myserviceprovider.net

per the way outlook is seup on this computer

I added the smtp address to the domain field but it doesn't stay in there.

I will add that i sent myself a test email at 10:11 and it got delivered after 12:20.  So at least once, emailing from the phone has worked.
