Hi all,

I am in the market for a magnetic tank bag (the whole backpack thing just isnt doing it for me anymore).

It would be great if it could fit a pair shorts, sneakers, and other random things (cell phone, wallet, keys etc).  So I estimate it would be a mid size bag for everyday things.

It is really difficult to estimate size and fitment as most of the websites just provide a picture of the tankbag alone.  Anyone have one that looks good with the monster ergos?

Thanks!

I got this:  http://www.newenoughhp.com/luggage/tank_bags/nelson_rigg/cl350_large_magnetic_motorcycle_tank_bag.html

Sorry, too lazy/buzzed to go out to the garage, slap it on and take a photo...  It's kind of a largish bag, but it follows the Monster tank contour nicely.

Chase Harper here on mine. Perfect size for day trips. I keep it on my scoot almost all the time; it's like my glove compartment...  laughingdp

I got one on ebay. It's some off brand, and I think I noticed (too late) that the seller ws off shore, but it all went well. Got it in about two weeks and it seems to work.  I don't have any illusions about longevity, but WTF, I won an auction for like $35.

Check it out, when I got mine the guy had 8 or 10 auctions going.  Probably hi-jacked a truck  or something.  Grin

Um, doesn't your bike have a plastic tank?

I wish, if it was it wouldn't have gotten that annoying tank dent when the kickstand stuck into the ground and the old handlebars decided to be just weak enough....you know the rest.   bang head Tongue

I am liking that chase harper bag but I have my doubts whether it would be large enough.  Is it expandable?

No, it's not... This is my other tank bag - a DP, for longer trips... And its huge, + expandable...

The day after I picked up my S4 in SoCal; before riding it 2200 miles home to WA state over 5 days up through the Sierras... Grin
