Started last night. Ran a mile, huffed and wheezed for about 2/3 of a mile, ran another 1/2 mile, walked the remaining 1/4 mile home.
My goal is to get back to the point where I can run 5 miles without taking a walking breather. Also to get back down below 20 and closer to my 185lb "fighting" weight. Then to make Randy look bad on my next trip to CO on a hike!

^^^^^^^^^ +1  I just started working out and am trying to lose the 20+ lbs I've gained in this year since I started sitting at a cube instead of wrenching on Audi's.  My GF and I are also going to start hiking and backpacking instead of partying.  We're starting with 6 mile winter hike on the 17th. 

I also want to get better at riding and do more group rides.


I guess being nicer to people wouldn't hurt but that's a tough one.

I'm gonna try to ride more and take better care of myself. I've been letting my health slip (not eating, not getting enough sleep, etc) so I'd like to work out a bit or at least get out of the house other than to go somewhere. I also want to take better care of myself in other ways. I've been neglecting things that need to get done in favor of things that are just kinda fun. I need to be more responsible.
