I need a favor and I'm willing to pay.

Basically I'm trying to pick up a copy of the coat of arms for my family. It was issued to my ancestor by the Pope around 1480. It's a piece of paper. I've been calling and having a really difficult time getting to the right people, etc. My cousin - who is not the sharpest knife in the drawer - walked in and walked out with it in no time. At the time he was in the navy. He later lost it in a drunken shore leave mishap in Naples whose details cannot be recalled in mixed company. There's a hundred bucks in it for you, plus the cost of the copy of the coat of arms.

Or any other ideas on picking it up in a more expeditious fashion would be welcomed...
