Does anyone know of a handlebar top clamp that either comes with enough real estate to put a micro switch into the center portion or if anyone has taken something from the ATV world and put it to use as a top clamp.

Here is a link to something promising, it would need to be cut possibly to get rid of what does not get used.

I use two micro momentary buttons and just added heated grips, and i would love to have them incorporated into the bar clamp plate.

MotoWheels have some large ones, but only for pre 2002 models - I think.

MonsterParts sell SpeedyMoto top clamps - not very large, check them out http://www.monsterparts.com/pc/03-0215/Bars-Mirrors/03-0215.html

I will follow your progress  popcorn - have been looking myself, as an option to bling the stock triple after a clip ons mod.

I had "rounded up the usual suspects", but nothing that would serve as well as that ATV top plate. Wish I knew the spread on it... ( I will email the manufacturer) and compare it to the Monster... mine is an 06, so the "dog bone" type could only work if I then attached something to the center portion, which would look like a hack.

I'll post again if I find anything worth mentioning, or if I settle for a hack job and I'm not too embarrassed to  show  it in all its glory bang head

I've got an '07, so the same type top clamps as you.  I've thought about and wondered if the single clamp plate on top that's on the older model monsters would be compatible and maybe just put a thread in the parts wanted forum asking to get one from someone who has changed out their triple.

I've got one of those single clamp plates from an older monster lying around.  Bolt spacing is the same as my M620.  I'll send it to ya (in the USA) if you want it.  PM me the address.
