Just finished the Battlestar Galactica mini series and the screen digitizes.... i figured it was the dvd.... but the controller would not respond. I restart the xbox... and bam! Three red flashing lights.

So I got my xbox back last week..... I sat down about half an hour ago to play a little fallout 3 and my replacement xbox.................. just red ringed.

Seriously less than a week.

Call Microsoft and give them your serial number. They'll send you the packaging to send the X-box back in and you'll get a new one in 2 weeks or so.

I'm on my 2nd replacement (3rd Xbox 360)

All ready did, I kept my box from last week in case this happened. (I really didn't think it would take a week though) Its had less then 5 hours on it. $:-\$

If the next one breaks, I'm demanding a elite and a year of live as compensation

I'm betting they will laugh at that one.

I have a system from the first day of Launch.

I have the box on 24/7 and I only got 1 Red Ring of Death when the powered cycled in the house really quick. I was like... Crap its dead but a reboot and it was fine.

Lots of PS3s out there with issues as well.

My friend has a PS3 launch system which he rarely used. I had him bring it over my house and while watching Iron Man on Blu Ray it died. He had maybe 30 hours on it at most. To bad its not under warranty anymore =(
