Brembo Radial Master Cylinder

With all of the "Brembo" garbage flooding ebay from Thailand and China, how do you know if you currently have a genuine item?

Are the $35 Brembo Radial Master Brake Cylinders really the high quality items?

I cannot imagine them to actually be the same as what is offered for $150-300.

If someone could shed some light on how to tell the difference it would be greatly appreciated.
