Just saw the new 696 at GP in San Diego

I stopped by after picking my car up at Dieter's. They had just put termis on. Josh fired it up it sounded good about 3/4 between stock and the termis on my S4RS. I did not ride it. But sitting on the bike it feels good. It looks a lot better in person than in photos. I like the bike. The one at GP is red with red frame

yeah i saw one at the local shop monday when i went to order parts for my rs....
