Yesterday while moving some stuff around in my shed, I knocked my right front turn signal and now the amber piece and the light wont stay snapped in. The question I have is, are turn signals something that are universal? Or do I need to get something specific to a '97 Monster 750?
Forgive me if this is a stupid question, it's my first real bike. I'm new.

I bought a pair of generic $28 LED turn signals that fit the front of my '01 just fine.  I would think most signals will work without an issue, but if you are getting LED's, note that you may have to:

1) Replace the flasher with a non-thermally triggered unit ($15 part)
2) Put diodes in the turn signal indicator light to prevent backfeeding through the circuit
