Locating the ground on a 2003 620

Well picked up a '03 620 yesterday, ran great then, only 4900 miles, showroom condition. Today I went out to fire it up, it's around 35 degrees here in MKE, just wanted to take a quick 15 minute spin, 'cause I'm so freaking excited!  At first, it would turn over, almost start, but wouldn't go. Try again, just clicking with the low fuel light blinking. The tank is half full, battery is good as I eventually got it going. I suspect a the grounding issue that is occassionally pointed out here. Can anyone direct me to the ground on the frame of a 620?

The problem is offten the wire to ground in the switch its self. Als the main solinoid ground wire can cause the same result. It is a quarter sized rond looking part on the side of the engine. It has a rubber boot around it and has two large wires going to it. one of the wires comes straight from the battery. I just wiglr the wires in both places and the bike starts every time this happens to me. I have never been stuck because of it.

On a 620, the ground wire from the battery connects to the engine case, on the right side of the bike, near the rear motor mount.

Remove the bolt, clean the surface on the case, clean the terminal on the end of the wire, clean the bolt, apply a little dielectric grease, reassemble.
