I want to applaud Champion of Charleston as an outstanding dealership, providing unparalleled service.  Champion stood behind me on a warranty issue, fixing the problem with no charge, even when Ducati declined the warranty claim.

Good to hear!  Don't tell them about the tail chop your gonna do 

I think I need to take my complaint to Champion as well.  My '01 m900 came with a stock engine.  Clearly, this was a mistake when assembled at the factory. 

I will allow the dealership to make this right by installing the high comp pistons, polished heads, lightened internals, and everything else required to get the 25hp I have been missing all this time.

+1, they went above and beyond when I bought my Monster there 6 years ago and had issues with the ECU.  They pulled one out of another bike so I could ride until a new one was shipped.
