Sunday hot rods?

I live just south of Old Town Alexandria, and for the last several years, there's been a car 'show' every weekend at what now is the Famous Daves on Rt 1.  I suspect they'll start that up again soon with the weather getting nice.  I remember another one over in Maryland somewhere I used to go to on the weekends also.

Anyone know of regular car/bike hangouts on the weekends?  Sometimes it's car clubs, or just hot rodders.  Sometimes there's judging, usually not, usually just wrench-heads talking about their 5 bolt mains.  I dig that stuff too and like to see other people's projects.

I heard something recently about a Sunday morning thing in Gaithersburg, if I recall.  Any others you know of?

Not my bag, I prefer to ride, although it seems I'm becoming an oddity. There is a local Ducati Club that meets once a month, 2nd Sunday, for a club ride - the only hanging out is at the starbucks before the ride. for car stuff...on alot of Sunday mornings in the big lot caddycorner from the TrueValue hardware in Burtonsville at 198 and old 29 there are alot of wild and old and cool and exotic cars and clubs that show up there....there is also the JimmyCone in Mt Airy on every other Friday night during the summer....
