Anyone out there interested in hauling a car from TX to GA?  Car is in Austin, I need it in Atl.  Doesn't run, but it's a small/light/compact car.

Not sure my trailblazer would be up to towing it all that way  Could I tow it on a dolly (318 bmw?)

I think your Trailblazer would be fine. I just towed a newer Malibu behind a 5.3L Tahoe in the fall (Nashville to Dallas). I used the shitty U-Haul car dolleys that only lift the towed cars front wheels up, not the entire car. I had zero problems. Until I took the car off, and had to listen to that damn little trailer bounce all over the place until I found a U Haul location to return it.

Check with IZ.

He currently lives in Austin.  Usually moves every 9-12 months.

Might end up in GA next.

Who knows?!?!

I'll get a quote from uship, and check with IZ.

1000 miles each way for me, 15 hours, missed work and probably 120 gallons of gas = 300 ish $$ and the dolly $20?  Prolly spend 400 by the time I buy food
