Ouch! Glad you're okay. Your experience reminded me of a solo ride where I had made a mental note of sand in a corner. On my return I kept thinking, "Okay, here's comes the sandy corner", but after about the 20th corner I thought I had passed it....then it arrived. It was a right hander and I kept the power on, but when the wheel regained traction, it snapped back and I got a great look at my front fender. I managed to hold on, mashed my privates when landed back on the seat, but I ended up crossing the double yellow....good thing no cars were coming. I got it stopped before going down the canyon. Good thing you had riding buddies!

oh christ mate not another one. i have to admit i came off mine just 8 days ago on the way to get termi ecu fitted. i got caught out in filtering when cars stopped suddenly and i grabbed a handfull of radial calipers on my 1100s. it went under and i went off at no more than 10mph.
the result. bike is ok and back with me. damage was gear lever and scraped r&g bungs.

me :-well lid to throw away agv gp pro big chip in side.
broken  left collar bone in 2 places
broken/fractured shoulder blade.

off for minimum 4 weeks.

acheing still and little sleep in arm chair.

another ukmoc guy (soldier ) just broke his yesterday on mountain bike too.

i hope your bike gets sorted quick. i just have to wait and rest through all our summer. Cry
