so after seeing the title, I was thinking... if we're 3rd worse, and renewing our license involves reading the make the beast with two backsing eye chart, what's it take to have the worst drivers in the country? lol

It wasn't one of the states listed, but, as I may have mentioned before, my moto license test in Louisiana was "Ride down to that curb over there, turn around and come back without falling on your ass."
