Anyone know of any good mechanics near Connecticut? I'm pretty sure I'm going to need one someday.

define "near" connecticut...
or call eric at Clubhouse Motorsports

That would be a four hour drive for me. His website makes me feel that if I brought my bike there the job would get done right.

Might help if you told us where you are in Connecticut, it is a big state.  If you are in the south-western part, these folks are closer:    http://www.europeancycleservices.com
