I lowsided my bike and need to patch the factory paint color on the clutch cover. Anyone know how I can do this? Here are the questions I have

1) I want get rid of the scratches. Any input/directions on how to remove them? Sand? Do I need to use some kind of polish?
2) Before I paint, any ideas on how I should prep the damaged section?
3) Most of all, I need a paint code brand etc. I dont have a paint gun is there some kind of bottle brand that exactly matches the ducati grey engine color?

Oh, and I have an S2R 800 (2005)

Thanks in advance..
