Had new tires installed now my front brakes are making noise. Goes away when I apply the brakes.
Pads are rubbing on the disc, mechanic told me that it will go away as the pad sets, should I bring it back?

Check that the front axle is properly tightened.

Also, loosen the lower right axle clamp bolts.
Put on the front brakes and forcefully push down and pull up the forks.
Re-tighten the lower right axle clamp bolts.

Thanks Speeddog,
I'm not very mechanically inclined, I hope the front axle is tightened, did about 100 miles already on it like that.
Maybe I'll just bring it in to the dealer and have it checked.

Is this the throttle side or clutch lever side???

Throttle side...

My buddy is coming over with a torque wrench tomorrow and going to give it a try.
What are the torque specs for the lower right axle clamp bolts?
Checked the axle bolt and it's tight.

I went for another little ride with it tonight and find I hear it or makes more noise when I am turning. Could be just the sound resonating off the ground.
Hope I get this solved, my brakes made no noises before.
