OK sketchy? - yes, misleading?- somewhat ,     but "a scam" is going a little too far.

To me a scam would be advertising something that doesn't exist with the intent to take the buyers money and never deliver
This is clearly only a case of a bike with no information about it...
fraud by deception! [evil]

The bike was purchased by my friend from a salvage auction with some crash damage, the body kit is Ebay Chinese stuff.  I don't know if it has a Salvage title or not.

The ebay ad says it has a clear title. If it was bought at a salvage auction, it likely has (or had) a salvage title. Not sure if you can reissue a clear title after it's been issued a salvage title in CO, but it sure sounds misleading based on the info you provided...

Its not a scam,   [bang],  jeesh...

It's a legitimate bike for sale from a legitimate dealer.

The bike is modded to look like a fila, people do stuff like that all the time

ask questions and bid wisely, I'm sure it would make a decent bike for someone, lets not start burning witches here...  :-\

How do you know she is a witch?
She looks like one.

If... she.. weighs the same as a duck, she's made of wood.

and therefor

A WITCH!!!

I think this thread is getting a bit off track.

People posted about the bike.

flynbulldog posted about it's history to caution those who may be interested, nothing more.

I personally have had no dealings with the dealership, other than going on a few rides with some of their current or former employees, who are also members of this forum.

Can we just let it go?
