A tank
A right rearset
A right mirror (tho I'm seriously thinking about some bar end mirrors now.)
A headlight trim ring

And that's about it (as far as I know now.) Riding home after the crash, my brake light was on all the time, but I'm hoping that was because the rearset was pushing on the pedal. I'll find out when I install a new rearset.

I just ebayed a DP jacket, textile with leather shoulders and sleeves(and pads, of course.), and I'll pick up a new helmet when I get paid again. I've got gloves that will serve until I can pick up some more, although the Fieldsheers I was wearing aren't toasted, just scraped up. They really saved my hands that day. Good gloves.
Thanks again, everybody.
I have a stock mirror and I think maybe a headlight ring. pm me your info.  [thumbsup]

[laugh] [laugh] [laugh]  I just don't get those people...Glad you're doing well...and yes the rash is the worst of it, pain wise, and from your pix, your shoulder must really sting.  I just have about an inch or so of rash on my knee...I'm the one who hit the Deer Saturday...we are weekend warrior pavement kissers now...Glad to see your bike is getting back together again too.

I will be bikeless until insurance is figured out and I figure out what to buy or not to buy... happy [moto] ing

Even the perfed leathers aren't as comfortable as textile.

I've got the Dianese Del Mar perf (white) and it's so much more comfortable, even in 115+ degree weather, than the Mesh that i had before it.  It's all in the lining.  It ain't a cheap jacket, but it's worth it.

yich! glad your alright that shoulder looks nasty, well could be way worse.  Yet another reason why i will NEVER use a non leather jacket, even down here in the desert of el paso as long as im going fast its no problem  :P

Going down sucks glad I havn't hit the dirt yet, but all things considered you seem to have gotten off pretty light! only cosmetic damage to your bike and humans heal so that doesn't cost anything  [evil]

I just gotta point out that I think it is really cool of all the members offering to help Bun Bun. I lurked on this board for little while and noticed that everyone seemed respectful and helpful.

I am new to the Ducati world. My new Monster is simply the coolest thing I've ever ridden & I now know the Ducati enthusiasts on this board are as great as their rides.  [clap]

Looks like you had a fair escape there, and your kit [mostly] did a good job.

Hope you mend quickly.

this is the coolest board.  Not just because of the moderators, but the tone was set by the flounders. respect, offers to help, Pay it Forward, help we offer to ecah other.  Cause one time or another we need each other.

Each time I ride, I realize that if I tip over I'm gonna need some stranger to help put the bike right.  Yeah, I know the backside way to pick the bike up, but it isn't enough.  A male gotta pick the beast up.  so, I do what I can.  Send parts.  PIF.  offer condolences, do what I can.

Cause this board is worth it. ;)

I didn't know when I bought my bike that I'd be buying into a whole network of damned good people too. This board alone makes the purchase worthwhile, not to mention the grins I get every time I ride.
